Mission of the role
As a Growth Expert, it is your mission to strengthen our brand in a spectacular way and help the sales team with generating warm leads. You do this excellently because you have the specialist (media and marketing) knowledge and experience that is required for this. You are ROI driven and a team player, as you will work together with our pre-sales and sales department. You identify needs and opportunities at an early stage and respond to this by influencing marketing-related behaviour, both for end users and for the buyer persona. You can devise online and offline campaigns like no other and lead the way by motivating your colleagues to the finish line. You keep asking questions, are inquisitive and at the same time enterprising, creative, and assertive. You have guts in your creation, you are independent and confident in your work, and you know how to convey your intentions in the right way.
We are pushing for fast growth in 2025 and beyond, by ramping up sales of our product offering that is revolutionizing how institutions surrounding funds operate. We have big plans and the right team in place to execute. You join our mission to arm institutions on the front line of fighting financial crime.
You are a growth hustler who understands B2B SaaS marketing, and ideally, the fund management and/or fund administration space.
You are hands-on and use your hustler mentality to just get marketing done. Are you up for the challenge?
A real growth expert
No, not simply a growth hacker who knows a few tricks, but one who knows how to apply the right growth hacking strategy and definitely not one that stops at concept development. We are looking for someone who has brilliant ideas and who prefers to implement them right away. You are always thinking ahead; you have executive power and presence and you know how to involve stakeholders in your concepts in order to achieve the end result as quickly as possible.
Requirements
- You are proven to be an idea factory without limits, creativity is an understatement for you
- At least 3 years of work experience: that experience shows that you are successful in SEO, campaign management, event management, concepting and digital marketing.
- Analytical: You are ahead of the game by identifying opportunities at an early stage and even being above them by looking at the big picture and making the right strategic choices.
- Result-oriented: for you the most important thing is that the result is achieved, and you always know how to pull tricks from your top hat to convincingly achieve what you need to achieve. Teamwork is essential and even indispensable in this.
- Fantastic verbal and written communication skills, and ability to build genuine report.
- Fluent in English – Other languages are always a bonus (e.g., Dutch, French, etc.)
- Tech savvy – you’re not afraid to pick up new technology and work with it. Perhaps unnecessary to mention, but you need to be an expert with your own marketing toolbox. Experience with tools like Hubspot and Lemlist is a pre.
- Passion, drive and “kick-ass” attitude – you need to be a hands-on self-starter with infectious entrepreneurial spirit.

- Educated – Bachelor’s degree from a competitive university
- B2B marketing experience at a SaaS start-up/scale-up especially a regtech or fintech, will really impress us!
